Are my items safe in my storage unit?
The storage unit you rent is secured by your own padlock, 24/7 CCTV video monitoring, security gate / fencing & floodlighting. Your storage unit is very safe!

How do I rent a storage unit?
It's extremely quick and easy to rent a storage unit online. Simply go on your phone or laptop and complete our signup form to secure your storage shed.
Once you've made your initial payment you’re all set - Instant access to your storage unit! You’ll be sent a text message and email with your gate access code and instructions for our storage facility!
Is it month to month or do I sign a longer lease?
All storage units are month-to-month rentals. Just give us 14 days notice and you can move out without being charged for additional months!
Any prepaid storage fees are refunded up to your move-out date, so you won't be out of pocket when you move out of your storage unit mid-month.
The minimum period to rent a storage unit is one month.
How does billing and payment work?
Your debit / credit card will be charged on the 1st of each calendar month. All payments for storage units are monthly in advance.
When you rent a storage unit online, your initial payment is a partial month, making your storage unit paid up until the end of the first month.
Are there additional fees for my storage unit?
A refundable $100 deposit is paid when you move-in. This is returned upon the storage unit being successfully vacated, cleared of all belongings and left in a clean state.
There are no other additional sign-up fees!
Do you provide removalist services?
No, we don't provide removalist services - we're just a self storage company!
